JELLY-RABRI

A few days ago I had post the recipe of Kesar Pista Rabri. Many Indian sweets like Jalebi, Malpua and Gulab Jamun when topped with Rabri make awesome dessert.


So looking at the bowl full of Kesar Pista Rabri kept in refrigerator , I thought of making another awesome dessert. A simple twist to my idea turned into a beautiful creation. I decided to pair rabri with raspberry flavour jelly and what better way to serve individual dessert, than in a glass.


It was all about the layers and different textures that came together perfectly. A little bit of jelly and a little bit of rabri OMG !!! , in every bite is unusual but incredible combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of jelly(raspberry/strawberry)

For Kesar Pista Rabri

  • 1 Litre milk

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • Few strands of saffron

  • Pistachio

Instructions


1. Prepare Kesar Pista Rabri and keep it in refrigerator to chill.

2.Prepare jelly as per the directions on the packet.

3. Follow the pictures below to set the jelly in the glass to form a tilted layer.




4. Once the jelly is set fill the remaining glass with kesar pista rabri and garnish with pistachio before serving.


WHO CAN RESIST THIS GLASS............NOT ME !!
