PANEER TIKKA BITES
Paneer tikkas tops the list of appetizers for the paneer lovers. This popular paneer recipe is prepared by marinating the chunks of paneer in hung curd with an array of spices and aromatics then grilled in tandoor till charred. No worries , if not having access to tandoor a super hot tawa or an electric grill will do the job perfectly !!! To get bite size paneer tikkas skew them on a tooth pick. Adding diced capsicum and onion gives an crunch to these juicy and flavourful tikkas. A quick tip to jazz up the flavour of marination add dry roasted besan(gramflour) and for nutty flavour add cashew powder. This also helps to bind the marination on paneer and veggies. Serve these spicy bites with yogurt-mint chutney dip, chili mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
